What this website collects

The inquiry form collects your name, work email, organization, and an optional message, together with the submission date. Please do not send voter records, identification documents, or sensitive election information.

How inquiries are used

Your submission is used to respond to your interest in ClerkWize, discuss a demo or quote, and understand demand for ClerkWize. Submitting the form does not create a paid subscription.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a database provided through Sites and Cloudflare. Your form details are also processed by FormSubmit to forward your inquiry to bryan.jusas@boldsys.com.

Demo booking

Demo buttons open Calendly. Information you provide there is handled separately under Calendly’s privacy notice. We do not embed Calendly or third-party analytics on this site.

Website engagement

This website does not currently collect demo-link click counts. Demo bookings are managed separately in Calendly.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. You do not need an account to submit an inquiry on a publicly accessible site.

Questions and deletion requests

You can raise a privacy question or request deletion during a booked ClerkWize conversation. A dedicated privacy contact and retention schedule have not yet been supplied.
